SmartInventory — Lot-Level Intelligence Above SAP
Built a lot-level inventory intelligence platform that surfaced ฿14.9M in invisible expired stock on day one — a layer above SAP, not a replacement.
A national food service distributor had ฿14.9M in expired inventory hidden inside their SAP system. No lot-level tracking. Manual Excel handoffs broke whenever an operations staffer turned over. GMP/HACCP auditors flagged batch traceability gaps year after year.
We built SmartInventory as an intelligence layer above SAP — lot-level expiry tracking, a proprietary VV Matrix (Value × Validity) scoring engine, FEFO automation, and three analysis modes (Lot, Worst-Case, Weighted) for ops, procurement, and finance to share the same data and reach different conclusions.
฿8.5M of dead stock cleared in the first three months. Reorder cycle dropped from 30 to 14 days. First GMP/HACCP audit passed cleanly. Operations team replaced Excel chaos with a daily FEFO pick list. Boardroom now sees inventory health in one glance.

We built Catalog Online as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Bilingual TH/EN storefront. E-Catalog Builder turns SKUs into branded flipbooks with print-ready PDF export. Wishlist-to-Quote flow captures qualified leads in admin Analytics. A no-code Website Settings panel ships brand, theme, color presets, and homepage edits without a deploy.
